Beth ❤️

My partner in crime. My backbone. My reason.

There’s no way to tell my story without telling Beth’s.

Behind every step I’ve taken to get healthier, every workout I didn’t feel like doing, every hard choice I’ve made, every bit of this blog becoming real — she’s right there. Sometimes beside me. Sometimes quietly behind me. Sometimes dragging me forward when I didn’t think I had anything left.

Beth is my partner in crime in the best way possible.

She’s strong. She’s steady. She works harder than anyone I know, and she does it without needing credit or applause. She’s the kind of person who puts everyone else first and still somehow keeps going, even when she’s exhausted.

She’s an incredible mother.

A loving, hands-on grandmother.

The glue that holds our family together.

I’ve watched her give everything she has to the people she loves — her time, her energy, her heart. And somehow she still shows up with a smile, a laugh, and that look that says, “We’ve got this.”

When I decided to change my life — to quit drinking, quit vaping, start working out, eat better, and actually show up for myself — she didn’t question it. She didn’t doubt me. She didn’t tell me it would be easy either.

She just stood with me.

She walked with me.

Worked out with me.

Encouraged me on the days I was frustrated, sore, or wanted to quit.

Celebrated the wins — even the small ones — like they mattered. Because to her, they did.

This blog? It doesn’t exist without Beth.

The motivation, the consistency, the push to keep going when life gets busy or hard — that’s her. When I doubt myself, she believes for both of us. When I get ahead of myself, she grounds me. When I lose focus, she brings me back.

She’s my calm when I’m impulsive.

My strength when I’m tired.

My reminder of why all of this matters.

I don’t say it enough, but I couldn’t do this without her. I wouldn’t want to do it without her.

So this post is for Beth — not just for what she does, but for who she is.

My partner.

My support system.

My best friend.

And the woman I’m grateful for every single day
